Our Goal

To promote partnerships that will increase parental involvement and participation in promoting the social, emotional and academic growth of children.

The East Carroll Parish School Board embraces the concepts that all children can learn and that parents are their children's first and most important teachers. It is the Parental Involvement Center's goal to train parents to help their children succeed thus, enhancing academic achievement. We also realize that the family is a unit with the common goal of success in mind. To foster this belief, the center has a structure Family literacy Program which offers services tailored to meet the needs of individual parents for personal growth.
