The Lake Providence Junior High School was established
in 1969 at it's present site in a building constructed in 1955 as the
former G.W. Griffin High School. It is located on the south edge of town
at 1205 Gould Boulevard in Lake Providence, La. in the agricultural parish
of East Carroll.
