The mission of the East Carroll Parish School System is to enable students to become academically, culturally, and technologically literate in order to function as responsible, productive, and caring citizens. All stakeholders will share the responsibility to support and prepare learners for success in the 21st Century.

The East Carroll Parish School District is committed to providing quality learning opportunities for all citizens. The East Carroll Technology Plan focuses on technology as a tool in the classroom to improve student achievement. Teachers and students will become partners in learning to integrate technology with content standards to improve efficiency and productivity of learning. The partnership will provide the opportunity to access, interpret, analyze and communicate data in a meaningful manner.
